During Bridal Boot Camp, wedding parties experience the benefits of natural spa and fitness treatments, while also receiving inspiration and expert instruction from highly acclaimed fitness trainer Nate Seifert, as he guides wedding parties through this adventurous occasion. Kick-off the weekend with a sparkling toast and a choice of select spa treatments including massages and facials. Wake up refreshed and ready to undergo personalized workouts, seasonal outdoor group activities and time for reflection amidst the natural wonders of Mt. Hood. The Resort offers a wealth of relaxing and recreational activities for brides and their wedding parties, including trail running, bike riding, golfing, soccer and ultimate Frisbee. This exciting health and fitness weekend concludes with a celebratory champagne brunch and a renewed sense of self and togetherness.

All spa treatments and workouts are specially tailored to the needs and preferences of the entire wedding party. The Resort offers the bride, maid of honor and bridesmaids targeted plyometrics toning workouts, cardiovascular training and an intensive routine for toning the stomach area. For the groom, best man and groomsmen, The Resort presents strength and conditioning workouts, intensive interval cardiovascular training and an iron man abs routine. Together the bride and groom can share invigorating circuit training, defining ab routines, cardiovascular adventures. And they can explore Mt. Hood.

Bridal Boot Camp is available year-round for all bridal parties from as few as two to as many as twelve. Reservations are required a minimum of two weeks in advance.
